Chem. \u201d \u548c\u201cBioorg. Med. Chem. \u201d\u7b49\u56fd\u9645\u77e5\u540d\u6742\u5fd7\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u201c Anal. Chem. \u201d\u4e0a\u76f8\u5173\u5185\u5bb9\u88ab \u201c Chem. Rev. \u201d, \u201cNat. Prod. Rep.\u201d, \u201cJ. Am. Soc. Mass Spectr.\u201d \u7b49\u5f15\u7528\uff0c\u5176\u4e2dChem. Chem. \u201d, \u201c Ultrason Sonochem. \u201d\u00a0\u7b49\u56fd\u5185\u5916\u77e5\u540dSCI\u671f\u520a90\u4f59\u7bc7\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.5em; text-indent: 0em; margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px; text-align: justify;\">\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Organic Synthetic Methodology\/Green Catalysis\/Functional Materials in Fluorescence Molecular Probe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Our Laboratory has long been engaged in developing highly efficient methodologies in organic synthesis. We have developed a series of novel methodologies of building C-P, C-C, C-S, C-N, C-O bonds.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(1)\u00a0\u00a0A series of highly efficient radical-initiated cascade cyclization methodologies toward\u00a0various functionalized heterocycles have been successfully developed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(2) A series of highly atom-\/step- economical methodologies by using H-phosphonates as useful feedstocks for the construction of C-P bond and activation of N-oxides for the synthesis of various functionalized N-heterocycles have been developed. The new applications of H-phosphonates as synthetic building blocks from our laboratory has made an important contribution to the field phosphorus chemistry.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(3) Research works on design, synthesis, and biological evaluation of novel bisphosphonates have been successfully carried out;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(4) Our research works have also made progresses on natural product separation, extraction and structure identification, as well as phosphorylated modification of natural products and pharmaceutically important organic molecules. The non-covalent interactions of those phosphorylated molecules and the corresponding non-phosphorylated molecules with proteins were compared and deeply studied, demonstrating the important roles of the phosphorus moieties in biological responses and biological properties.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Related research results have been published in well-known international magazines, such as &#8220;Bioconjugate Chem.&#8221;, &#8220;Anal. Chem.&#8221;, &#8220;Bioorg. Med. Chem.&#8221;, &#8220;Ultrasonics Sonochemistry&#8221; etc. The meaningful works have been reviewed by &#8220;Chem. Rev.,&#8221; &#8220;Nat. Prod, The Rep.&#8221; and &#8220;J. Am. Soc. Mass Spectr.&#8221; etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Design and synthesize novel fluorescent dyes for the detecting of bioactive substances such as biological active sulfides, reactive oxides.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.8;\">By far, we have been published over 90 SCI papers in well-known international magazines, such as \u201cAnal. Chem.\u201d, \u201cChem. Commun.\u201d, \u201cOrg. Lett.\u201d \u201cAdv. Synth. Catal.\u201d, \u201cJ. Org. Chem.\u201d, \u201cBioconjugate Chem.\u201d, \u201cBioorg. Med.
